Rental Rates

$100 /hr Minimum $200 (2 hrs), $300 (3 hrs), $400 (4 hrs), Maximum $500 (5-8 hrs).

Seating Capacity

Accommodates up to 40 people.

Amenities

Wall mounted 55” HDTV, bluetooth speakers, refrigerator & freezer, prep space & serving bar, serving tables. Note: Stove, oven, sink not available.

Decorating

Please include enough time in your booking to allow for decorating. All tablecloths, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, paper products, etc. are the responsibility of the renter unless catering is selected.

Catering

For an additional fee, full service catering is available with a variety of choices and options. Catering includes linen tablecloths, flatware, dinnerware, glassware and all paper products. Outside Catering Permitted.

Alcohol

Allowed with additional, refundable, $300 deposit.

Set Up and Clean Up for Room Only: Delivery, set up and clean up responsibility of renter or outside caterer. Your booked time begins and ends at the times you designate in your booking. Please be sure to include enough time for set up and clean up in the amount of hours that you reserve the space for. Any additional time beyond the booked time will be charged at $100 per hour.

Set up and Clean up for Room plus Catering: Food set up and clean up will be provided. Any other decorating set up and clean up is the responsibility of the renter and should be completed within the times you designate in your booking. Any additional time beyond the booked time will be charged at $100 per hour.

CANCELLATION NOTICE3 week cancellation policy.  Cancellations prior to 3 weeks of event will receive a full refund.  Cancellations within 3 weeks of event will receive a full refund minus a $100 deposit.
